Stevens and Motýlová: Natura Culture
Object-oriented production for theatre girls and spectators from 6 years
An intimate, thoughtfully serious object production that was born out of the need to explore and observe the world around us. Notice what often goes unnoticed: minor transformations, natural cycles, unobtrusive processes that happen without, or perhaps in spite of, extraneous action. It moves on the edge between documentary and poetry, exploring the relationship between beings and nature in a playful, visually captivating and gently introspective way.
What if the clay refuses to dance? What if the glass shatters and the brass gets tired? The earthworm, meanwhile, is silent, continuing to work as if the dance doesn't even concern her. But what if her movement beneath the surface determines the rhythm of everything? What about the pit? Who falls into it when everyone looks the other way?
