About the theater
HaDivadlo is an experimental theatre scene that has been operating since 1974. Its current direction is shaped by the non-hierarchical collective leadership of Justina Grecová, Jana Vaverková, and Jan Doležel. At the core of HaDivadlo’s work is the invention of ways to collaborate horizontally and freely, to remain open to change, and to take risks. In portraying the present day, it employs a wide range of approaches, from classical dramatic texts and stage adaptations to original, author-driven work.
