About the theater
HaDivadlo is an experimental theatre stage operating since 1974. The current direction of the theatre is shaped by the non-hierarchical collective leadership of Justina Grecová, Jana Vaverková and Jan Doležel.
At the heart of HaDivadlo's interests is to invent ways to collaborate horizontally and freely, to be open to change and to take risks. To depict today, he uses means ranging from classic dramatic texts, stage adaptations to authorial work. Diverse forms organically interconnect and interact with each other in the productions. In addition to productions, an important part of dramaturgy is an off program activity focusing on the performative experience of non-theatrical events.
