Arnošt Goldflam—director, playwright, and long-time member of HaDivadlo—returns among his own once again! Goldflam’s sarcastic comedy portrays the greatest criminal in history—from his rise, beginning with failure at the entrance exams to the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, to his—not downfall, but imaginatively ironic escape to South America.

The individual scenes from the life of the “Führer” unfold, unexpectedly, not in meeting halls or before crowds, but in his private space. The episodes from Hitler’s Kitchen are filled with grotesque and liberating humor, exaggeration, and imaginative situations that playfully blend fragments of reality with the author’s ironic vision.

Today, this legendary HaDivadlo production features the unmistakable Petr Jeništa in the leading role.
